How can I allow editing of your own comment for a short period of time?

I want to allow editing of your own JIRA comment for some short period or maybe until another comment is entered and yours is not longer the latest comment.

Is this possible and how?

Hello, it's not possible, the permission scheme allow to add the permission for a role/user/group to edit their owne comment but there is no notion of period.
