We are trying to import cases from SpiceWorks with a predefined layout, but we are facing problems to populate all issues within JIRA OnDemand. Therefore, I would like your advise to check how we can do it more easily to get rid of doing a repetitive work.
We tried to use the CSV tool available on JIRA On Demand, however it just imported a few issues. (80 of 5000+)

What errors did the import give you for the issues that were not imported?
