If you're referring to https://my.atlassian.com you will need to scroll down until you find the product that you wish for them to have visibility of, and click the arrow to the left of the SEN. From there you will see two lists of contacts, Technical and Billing, both with a "Add" box underneath them. Simply type in the e-mail address of the new hire and click "Add."
Technical Contacts can raise support requests and can view the license itself. Billing Contacts will be contacted with any invoices or billing concerns.
