Hierarchy View - how to access it?

I am trying to find the Hierarchy View in JIRA. What I mean is, when I am viewing an issue, I can click the 'More' button and then select 'Go to Hierarchy View'. I am attaching an image which illustrates this:

I have seen this feature in all previous JIRA environments, but I started a new job and my new employer's JIRA does not offer this feature. The 'Go to Hierarchy View' option is not displayed, and there seems to be no way to access the Hierarchy View. Is this a standard JIRA feature that is disabled in my current JIRA environment? Or is it part of some sort of plugin?

That's provided by an add-on.

There's actually a few that do it, but I suspect you've hit the "issue hierarchy" add-on.  Ask your admins what add-ons you've got and if any use that word in their name.
