Hide internal tickets from customer

Is it possible to hide issues that created internally from customers/specific groups?

Example: If a developer finds a problem, we want to create an issue within Jira Server Software but we do not want the customer to see these issues.

Yes, you can use Issue security to lock out access to individual issues in a project.
