Hi @Rajan Dangol 

Try to leverage the built-in Contributor macro within the Page Properties table.

To do this, simply add a field to the Page Properties table, insert the /contributor macro, and edit the macro settings to select the "inline" format, show the last contribution time, and set the count limit to 1.

This method will display both the last update date and the person who made the change, providing a comprehensive view of page modifications

How do i create custom field within confluence? I know its possible in JSM, but not sure if it is possible in confluence?
