Hardwired images on issues

Is it possible to have a set image on blank project issue so that whenever a user creates an issue within that project the image is constantly there as a given field?

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, you want to add a default image as an attachment so when the user created the ticket the image is added, is that correct?
Do you want this image to be automatically added as a comment when the ticket is created?
Please, give us more details about the use case so we can check if there is a feature or a workaround.

That is correct but as opposed to pinning it in the comments, would it be possible for the image to be a field?

Currently, there is only the attachment field and it's not possible to add a default image to it.
We can create a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability, but we would need an example. Do you have a screenshot of how this field would be?
