Google Apps integration

We are using JIRA Studio for about 3 months now and have recently moved to google apps as well for the email and other services. I see that there are some cool integrations available between these two. I also see that the migration is not a trivial one and needs support involvement - http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRASTUDIO/Migrating+to+Google+Apps

With this question, I wanted to know, how cumbersome can this migration can be and how many days can this take? As a pointer, our usernames in Jira Studio are the email ids that we use for Google apps.

The migration isn't a big deal at all Nikhil. Once you log the ticket through to Atlassian Support we'll organise a 30 minute maintenance window for a time that suits you, once we complete that 30 minute maintenance then Google Apps integration will be complete. :)

Having your usernames the same as your Google Apps ID makes it work all the more easily, as long as your JIRA Studio username doesn't have the @domain.com in it.

You can't rename the users unfortunately, so I would proceed with the Google Apps migration anyway which will result in your users being recreated without the @domain.com bit. When the integration is complete you can deactivate all your old users, activate all your new users and then use the bulk edit functionality to move all the tickets to your new usernames.

Sadly, we have our JIRA Studio usernames with domain.com. What is the route that we should take now?

What will happen to the SVN history?

We have a 100 users license with 82 slots occupied. How will migration happen in this scenario.
