Getting Connection Timeout issue

If I connect through POSTMAN, I am able to connect successfully JIRA Rest API - https://pradeepg.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/project

But If I try to connect from My Java code, It is giving connectionTimeOut exception. Also I have increased the connection timeout property, still I am getting same ConnectionTimeOut Exception.
