Getting 500 Error when trying to move issue from project to another

Irshad Sheik July 2, 2019

When trying to move an issue to another project, we receive a 500 error page, ive gone thru the audit logs to see whats changed, the only changes that correlate with when the issue started is that of a screen change, ie, on a screen, a tab was removed, a new tab was added, since then ive re-added the tab that was removed and added the fields that were configured for that tab.

ive done a few lock re-indexes.

Hello,

Kindly check that the issue, you are trying to move, does not have sub tasks. If it does have subtasks, then move the subtasks too.

Hi Alexey

Please may you advise if the Enhancer Plugin for JIRA may be the cause of this?

as currently the add-on is up for renewal. Projects contain custom fields which I believe may be the cause of the issue as the Enhancer Plugin for JIRA add-on is not active.

I'm picking up this item where Irshad left it.
