Hi!

Do you know a way how to get aattachment data that is add to a comment? Today I found that adding attachment to a comment don't start Field  change value trigger set for attachment field. Now I'm looking a way how I can cover this scenario. Any thoughts?

Regards,

Seba

Hi @Sebastian Krzewiński

To comments there are two triggers that you can be use: comment.update and comment.created.

You can use them to get the attachments data in the comment.

But, if the attachment will be insert in issue outside comment, you could use:

  • Trigger: Field value changed
  • Fields to monitor for changes: Attachment.

As indicated on:

Hope this helps.
