Force empty Swimlanes to be displayed in Kanban Board

In our Kanban board, we have 1 swimlane per Epic. When an Epic does not contain tickets (e.g. stories or bugs) for the current filter, it is not displayed at all. How can I enforce displaying the empty swimlane?

You'd need to hack the core code in Jira Software to do that.  It hides empty swimlanes because they have no function.
