Filter Views Format When Shared Not Consistent

When I create a filter view in JIRA and share it with others, the view and columns I save in a specific format do not show up for them. Is this standard or are the custom filter views that I create and share with others suppose to show up in the same format of which I created it?

Hi @Deon Dalton 

I think it display the user default, you have to update the filter again with the filter to save the columns

It's related to this issue.
