Fields & Tabs are not visible on my Screens

I am in the process of adding visible tabs and additional fields to my schemes on the screens page. I can add them with no issue and built the tabs accordingly however it is not displaying when I go to create an issue.

Hi @Bp Grant and welcome to the Community

Here is a great article that should get this issue fixed.

Is the issue you are trying to create for sure using the screen that you added the new fields to?

Do you have 3 screens (Create, Edit, View) and are you mapping the correct screen to the Create action?

It actually ended up being a higher level administration issue. While I could add all of the fields I wanted, someone above me as project lead was required to approve the field changes
