Past Users:
If you previously used the Jira Mobile App but no longer do, we want to hear from you too! What prompted you to stop using the app, and what changes might encourage you to give it another try?

I'm more of a past/passive user now - I still have Jira and Confluence installed, but I don't actively use them.

I used to check support on mobile and handle simple requests, but it drained my energy levels as I was constantly engaged with work.

By the way, please take a look at this: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Why-is-dark-mode-messed-up-on-iPhone/qaq-p/2909605

I had high hopes for developing Forge apps compatible with the mobile app (Connect had some view support), but when I started testing, I discovered gaps in the documentation (I reported two tickets). It also turned out that Forge isn’t compatible with the mobile app, which was a dealbreaker for me to use it as part of my daily routine.

If I need to check something in Jira, I now use the mobile browser in desktop site mode instead of the app.

As for Confluence, I don’t use it anymore, but if I did, it would only be to check PDFs from my knowledge base when I’m away from my laptop (or PocketBook😉 )
