Features and Stories Not Displaying in "Structure" Section of Jira Project

I'm writing to seek assistance with an issue I've encountered in Jira.

1. We have a new project. Within this project, we've loaded Features and User Stories for three participating areas (workspaces)

2. However, when I navigate to the "Structure" section for the workspaces, the associated Features and User Stories are not appearing in the list as they normally would. This is preventing us from easily visualizing the project's structure.

3. I'm wondering if there's a setting or configuration that we might have missed that would allow these Features and User Stories to be displayed in the "Structure" section. I've confirmed that the Features are linked to their respective SDAs and the User Stories are correctly linked to their corresponding Deliverables.

I would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

Can you provide a screen image that shows the "Structure" section you are trying to view?

I'm trying to get clarity on whether you are using a third party app or a native Jira feature. A screen image will help us with that.
