Escalation Service suddenly not working

We have set in Jira Escalation Service following things -

JQL Query = project = 'Sys Admin Help Desk' and status = "In Progress" AND duedate < -4d

Previously it was running perfectly. But from today it is giving below mentioned error -

java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""

Could you please help us to resolve this problem ?

Not directly linked to You error, but the Escalation Service (from Scriptrunner) seems to have some serious problems, - at lease regarding to actually running. I have switched to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.plugin.automation.jira-automation-plugin - works better, better UI and multiple actions available - pr. run Regards, Normann
