Escalating Tickets doesn't Automatically create a DEVSUPP

Good day 

When I am creating a ticket the CSD service doesn't automatically create a JIRA a Devsupp ticket. I use to be able to get this process automated but now it doesn't do it anymore.

This escalation was done on the 11 Feb 2025 it didn't automatically create a devsupp.

Unfortunately no. We are community that try to help everyone but with general questions or specific one but when user is giving us lot of details. We never have access to any instance.
