Errors on import from CSV

I tried to import from an excel generated sheet to csv and I get several errors:

• Cannot create user 2023-10-19: User 2023-10-19 has an invalid e-mail address [2023-10-19@]
  
  And also warnings:
• Unable to parse created date: 2024-05-06
  
  Any insights?

Hi @Joseph Alonso Welcome to the Community.

Can you please ensure that the CSV file has the correct email address for the users that you're importing? The email address should in in the format abc@xyz.com with other valid symbols.

Also, please ensure that the date values are all in the same format and choose the same format when importing the CSV.

Hi and thank you.
Unfortunately I am loosing the patience battle with Jira.
I can't get a proper import in date,  email...
I use the date mask yyyy-mm-dd -> fail error
email follow the name@address,ca -? fail error
And now it simply tells me "Cannot import data"  contact support - no error 

Not a happy camper today! Wasted so much time on this...
