Error while creating the reports in EazyBI

We are new to the EazyBI plugin.

We are facing the issue in creation of reports in EazyBI.

EazyBI Version : version 4.0.1

JIRA Version : v6.2.5

Please let us know how we can overcome the issue and start using the plugin effectively.

Your not providing any information that would enable the community to be able to assist you. You should really consider upgrading JIRA to major version 7.X it might be hard to get support for such a old version.
