Our company has a new domain for mails accounts. All the users have changed the new mails accounts in manage-profile/email, but only two users have a problem when try to change the new account mail.

If you are an administrator, go to Administration/site settings/site access and verify the section "WHO CAN JOIN YOUR SITE" you will find there 3 options.
