Hi. While I want to enter my test case repository I am getting an error: Error rendering web panel. Authentication request has expired. 

It's a global problem for my company. Please support.

@Tomislav Tobijas _Koios_ Would be great if you could help me here, because we are in the middle of regression tests and 4 testers ale blocked because of this issue. I am online till 2.00 am.

Please reach out to Xray support, to make them aware of this issue on your instance, as this relates to their backend in relation with your instance.

Community members can't help in this case and neither can Atlassian as it relates to the Xray app.

Apologies for the late response from my side. As this is a public community and most of us are here aside from our regular jobs, response times might vary depending on the available time for people to go through open questions, replies, etc.

What app are you using for Test Management, if the is related to Xray.

Please reach out to Xray support, to make them aware of this issue on your instance, as this relates to their backend in relation with your instance.

Are you using some Marketplace application as a test case repository or you're storing your TCs somewhere in Jira (e.g. Jira issues, Assets or something similar)?

I guess we would need some additional context here + maybe some screenshots (if possible) to help out with this.

We are using xRay - test case as a ticket type.
