Hello @Hina Imtiaz
What type of project are you using?
Epic Name has been deprecated. You will no longer find that field available in Company Managed projects. And it was never available for Team Managed projects.
Similarly Epic Link has been deprecated and you should now use Parent instead.
Thank you for your information , I am trying to import epics with issues from Excel to Jira,I can import them but my issues doesn't get linked with the epics, even though I use patent as epic link
Thank you

Into what type of project are you importing issues?
Are you trying to create the Epic and the child issues during import, or do the Epics already exist in Jira before the import?
Are the Epics in the same project where you are trying to create the child issues?
Can you provide an example of your import data, and details of how you are mapping the import data fields to Jira fields?
How are you accessing the import function?

Hello @Hina Imtiaz
Into what type of project are you importing issues? Get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
If you are working with a Team Managed project, then it is not currently possible to set the parent Epic for a child issue via CSV import, as per this change request.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-83172
Exactly how are you accessing the Import feature? Are you accessing it from within Jira and importing an xls formatted file? Or are you working with an Excel/Jira integration?

Hello @Hina Imtiaz
Please review my last response.
It is not possible to make an imported issue a child under an Epic as part of the CSV import process when importing to a Team Managed process. There is an unresolved change request asking for that to be supported.
You will have to manually add the child issues to the Epic after the import process completes.
