Emmanuel Katto : AirSaaS PPM & Flash Report Tool Not Visible After Installation in Jira

Hi all, I'm Emmanuel Katto, recently installed the AirSaaS PPM & Flash Report Tool on our Jira instance, and the admin has approved it, but I’m facing an issue where the app isn’t visible or accessible in the Jira interface. I’ve checked the navigation menu, the Apps dropdown, and project settings, but I can’t find the app anywhere. Here’s a quick summary of the issue: Expected Behavior: The app should appear in the navigation, Apps menu, or project settings. Actual Behavior: The app is not visible anywhere in the interface. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions on additional configuration steps I might need to take? If this is a compatibility issue or a known bug, any workarounds or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for any help in advance!
