Effort of work required to move from multiples instances to Entreprise

Hello community! 
I am the org admin of 3 Jira instances with a 4th coming into the picture through an acquisition in the coming weeks. 
We are currently building a business case to switch to an Enterprise plan. I would like to know what the effort required is when switching from a multiple instance jira org to Enterprise, if any.
For those that have done it, were there any hiccups along the way?

@Tania Graham do you intend to consolidate the actual jira instances or just squish the billing together?

My rep from Atlassian actually said that they take care of making the switch from Premium to Enterprise and will add all the different instances themselves, so it should be no effort to me.
