Hi, I will order the lates Jira for a customer.

They shall use old Jira dump, from version 3.13.5

How can I solve this, it looks like the new version don't support that old dump and the licens can't be used if i install a old version of Jira and then upgrade.

Can I get a licens for a older version also, at the same time as I order the new one?

Can I convert the old dump to a format that the new version can handle?

Or what can I do?

Thanks in advance

If I understood it correctly, you are looking to migrate from the old version (3.13.5) to the new 4.4.1 or maybe 4.4.3 which is the latest now. You can export XML from the old machine and import it into the new but yo would need tp purchse a new license for JIRA 4.x.

All of these can be found here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Upgrading+JIRA
