Doubt with Advanced Roadmap

Hi everybody

  I have a doubt with the addon for Jira Advanced Roadmap.

  You can have a roadmap of several projects and each of them have a different workflow with different states?

  Is this possible, or should I have the same flows for all projects

Hej,

different workflows ins't an issue for Roadmaps. The most important thing are the status category (Open, In Progress, Done) you can recognize with the 3 colors a status have. If Roadmaps see that an issue is in a status category for done, then this issue is done and will be recognized as done.

You can use different workflows. You can map your workflow status to Closed. Yes, you should ensure that all different workflows in question have a common status to identify the issue is closed.

Workflows don't affect AR, it is possible to have multiple workflows.

Make sure that the resolution is set as the ticket is closed.
