'Done' tasks brought over into next sprint

I just completed a sprint 2. It had all stories/issues set to 'done'. They were all brought into Sprint 3. What do I need to do to take them out of Sprint 3 and back into the completed Sprint 2? (This did not happen when I completed Sprint 1). Thank you.
