Documentation with Azure AD SSO with Jira

I was trying to integrate Jira with Azure AD, also did by Azure Documentation.
But its not getting success.

Showing this page at the end. We are using Azure Trail version and Jira trail version.
Is that may be a problem or do we need a Org account to work on it 
Please help me if you have any idea as we need to implement in our organization Jira
