Different approvers for 4 levels of approval

Hi, everyone. I want to set up approval in workflow for 4 different levels. The approver can automatically change once the previous approver has approved, and so on. In my case, the approver cannot be changed. I set the approver on Automation but the 4 levels are all directed to only one person as the approver.
Maybe you can call it like 'approval path' since this is for a business travel approval project.
I also want to set the approver based on each dept and BU, like if specific dept creates the issue, then it automatically sends the approval notification to the related head of a particular department.
