Data import failed due to a memory issue

I had a JIRA 3.13 version and I made a data export in XML (80Mo file).

I installed a 4.01 version on a Windows server 2008 with 2Go of RAM, I've allocated 1Go to java.

When I try to import the 80Mo .xml file it fails :

Any idea to help me to solve this issue please ?
thanks in advance

You need to allocate more memory to Jira, at least to perform the import.

What is the proper way to allocate more memory to JIRA ?
