With the upgrade to 5.2-m06-2 you can no longer edit Gadget settings on a Dashboard in Chrome browser. The edit triangle doesn't show up.

Hi Tony,

there is a bug in the latest version of chrome, affecting all (most?) Atlassian product. The option is still available, it just moved to a not-existing second row of those three icons. It cann be accessed by pointing your mouse to verry small point of the gadget (see screenshot) or by just using any other browser.

Hope that helps? Cheers, David

BTW. this is not new to the Beto, this also happens with JIRA 5.0.7 AND 5.1.5 for example...

Have you checked the basics?

  1. Is it your dashboard, rather than a shared one?
  2. Are you the admin if you are editing the system one (via Admin menu)
  3. Does it work in other browsers, when logged in as the same person?
