Customize the fields displayed while creating JIRA Tickets from MS Teams

Hi all,

I am experimenting to create tickets from MS Teams into JIRA directly. I installed the "JIRA Cloud" app and also linked to my JIRA instance and project.

When I use "CREATE" on JIRA, I am seeing the Request form with limited fields (as expected). But when I try to create a ticket from MS Teams, I am getting a whole bunch of fields that I do not want to see.

The idea is to limit the fields displayed while creating a ticket to that of "Request fields".

Any advices on how to do this ?
