Customer is not getting reply mail.

I am using Jira Software.

Added incoming mail.

When my customer creates a ticket through mail. ticket is created. But he is not getting a reply mail.

Hi Madhu,

Can you confirm if your customer is unable to receive emails from JIRA. If so, please check if your outgoing mail server (SMTP) configured properly. The SMTP server is responsible for sending emails out from JIRA. You may also take a look at the notification schema used by the projects and specific to Issue updated , Issue commented etc.

For JSD Email request.. Outgoing mails are working fine.

But my problem is with Incoming Mail handlers.So, I don't think its problem with SMPT .

And I also checked notification Scheme and issue Updated, issue commented are added for Current Assignee , Reporter.
