Hi Everyone,
I added a customer under organization of Jira service project management, The status is still invited but he is able to comment on project tickets. Also on customer portal under admin , the status is active but last active is unable

Users can still add comments via email. If they respond to an issue via email, because they are a request participant on the issue, it will add the comment to the issue. This does not require them to login to the portal.
