Custom Field - Multiple Language

Can I create a custom field with multiple "Field Name" values, one for each language that is used in our corporation. For example, we would need an English and French version, that would be shown depending on the user's selected language preference.

I don't think that currently this is possible.

One thing you can do, is to create a custom field context, to differentiate how it behaves with regards to e.g. project - see Adding custom contexts.

One workaround I can think of, is that you can create a Help for a custom field, where you could write some help texts in two languages - see Creating Help for custom field.
