Creation Custom Time tracking report

I am trying to generate a custom reports in jira. Based on the tutorial provided at https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/Plugin+Tutorial+-+Creating+a+JIRA+Report I see that I can extend an existing reports to provide additional information and create a new report. I would like to work on another report ( time tracking ) and customize it for our needs but i would like to know where I can find the exiting source code that Icould use to modify.

Have you considered using a plugin rather than developing this yourself?

Take a look at Intelligent Reports. It lets you design the report that you want in Microsoft Word, and fill in the data and charts using simple point and click rules, no scripting or API to learn.

(It even comes with a project timesheet and an all projects timesheet sample report to get you started)
