Hello Experts,
I have created a Jira dashboard called "One Stop Shop" where different teams are listed as components. The purpose of this dashboard is to make it easier for new colleagues to find the right team for any development request, without having to read multiple documentation.
For example, by clicking on a specific link, like this one: https://XXXYYY.com/secure/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa?pid=88837&issuetype=11&priority=3&components=241048, it will take them directly to the team they need.
However, I have encountered an issue where it removes the default questionnaire that I have set at the system level.
As a workaround, I have been including the default questions as part of the URL. However, this solution is not very effective and requires a lot of effort whenever there are changes.
Thank you for your assistance.
I don't believe this is possible I'm afraid - it's possibly linked to this feature request though - JRASERVER-23590
You are effectively setting the Description as NULL unless you mention it in the URL, I believe.
Ste
