Hi
Our organisations want to see the budget allocatin progress during different months. We have the orders with amount of money described. Management wants to see based on that information:
- how much is been allocated money to orders each month
- what is the allocation of budget each month ( January -1%, Feruary 12% ...December - 100%)
Can anyone advise what gadget would be suitable to present two dimensional graphs? Or what are the suggestion for the budget allocation use cases?
And - happy new year everyone!
Hello @Toomas Adson
Out-of-the-box, none of the gadgets can really describe that. In the future, Atlassian will be releasing Focus a new product that is solely focused on the budget itself. As an alternative, I would suggest to look at this article: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Does-Jira-support-budgeting/qaq-p/329223
Tempo Books is the closest thing you are looking for as a gadget.
Hi @Toomas Adson,
I'm afraid that it is not possible to achieve this by using the Jira's default reports or gadgets. My advice is to search on Atlassian Marketplace for an app that provides such report of gadget.
In case you want to try an app, our Great Gadgets app offers some gadgets that could be helpful. For example, you could use the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget to display various budget statistics like this:
If you need any help with the configuration of these gadgets, please contact support@stonikbyte.com.
