Create issues with CSV and cascading select list

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
If you create issues via CSV with cascading custom fields we experience the following problem
a) import as Admin > it works fine (A and B is correctly selected)
b) import as user > it only creates the first part of the cascading select list (B is set to none)
