Hi all,

I have been tasked with reviewing Jira Product Discovery for our team, so far we love it, and we want to use it for new ideas for our various products, however - we also have backlogs for the same products (backlogs have bugs, we want ideas to have new enhancements etc)

My question is, is it possible to apply the same ranking structure to ideas in a product discovery project as it is in a standard backlog?

If so we can meet our overall goal of having a single report showing the ideas and bugs for one product in one place, but to manage them independantly

Hi, @Ned Lack - welcome to the Community!

If I'm understanding you correctly, a Plan (advanced roadmap) should give you what you are looking for. Your ticket indicates you're on a Premium plan, so you should have access to the Plans menu.

Product Discovery projects are based on the team-managed project type, which only very recently has been made available in Plans.

Here's a screenshot of a plan configured to display tickets from a standard project (in this case, company-managed, but team-managed JSW projects will work as well) and a Product Discovery project. The EC tickets are from the standard project; the EPD ones are from Product Discovery.

You can use this view to drag and drop tickets in the order you want to deal with them, allowing multiple projects to be ranked in one group.
