I'm using Jira and Crucible together.
Its were set up correctly. But now when I create review I could not link it to certain Jira issue.
In the logs I get this error:
2012-07-12 12:46:32,702 WARN - Rolled back transaction started from: -> com.atlassian.crucible.actions.BaseAction.beginTx(BaseAction.java:140) -> com.atlassian.crucible.actions.create.LinkReviewToJiraAjaxAction.linkJiraKey(LinkReviewToJiraAjaxAction.java:131) -> com.atlassian.crucible.actions.create.LinkReviewToJiraAjaxAction.execute(LinkReviewToJiraAjaxAction.java:100) -> sun.reflect.GeneratedMethodAccessor428.invoke(Unknown Source) -> sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknown Source)
Also when I try to test connection in Crucible via Administration -> Application Links -> Jira Settings -> click test it says "Test Successful".
Jira and Cricible uses for authentication "Trusted Application".
Could someone help me to resolve this issue?
I've noticed that other users is available to link issues and review and simply create new user for myself
Hi Ilya
could you tell me how you choose the JIRA issue when you create a Crucible review?
