Copy issue layout issue jira cloud

We have a separate team using one screen (which shared with multiple projects)

Im trying to copy the issue layout to other projects with that screen Im getting below error

”we couldnt copy your layout”

(2000 projects shared with that screen)

Field layout needs to be applied,Can anyone guide regarding this

Welcome to community :) 

I understand you have 2000 projects sharing the same screen and you are trying to use the copy issue layout feature mentioned here : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/copy-an-issue-layout-to-other-projects/

This throws an error.

Could you please confirm if you are selecting all the 2000 projects at once?  If yes could you select a like couple of projects first and try .

You would also have to raise a ticket with the support here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ so that team can check why its failing for 2000 projects at once
