Connecting local GIT to cloud JIRA

Hello atlassian.
Can you tell me how I can connect our local GIT repository via Compass? Maybe we should use other tools, but we can't publish code outside the company, for example to GitHub. I need to be able to see changes in Jira when working with GIT.

Hi @Admin welcome to the community.  If you can't publish code outside of your company then integrating your code system to a cloud based issue tracking system would publish that code information outside the company.  Are you sure this is what you want to do?
