Team is trying to add the comments on their ticket but when someone clicked on comment box it is getting disappeared and unable to write anything

We had ongoing issues that led to customers not being able to add comments and the comment tab disappearing. It should be fixed now.

Have the users tried this in different browser applications, in private browser windows, or after clearing the browser cache?
If they still have the problem in all those cases, have you confirmed that the users have been granted permission to Add Comments to issues in that project?

Thanks for your response, yes we tried all the possible troubleshoots like, clearing cache, changing browser, log out and login but people still unable to access properly.

Is there any user that can add Comments? If so, what is different about those users?
Have you reviewed the Permissions settings for the project to see how the Comment permissions are allocated?
What project types are affected? Gets that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

We haven't set any restrictions role based or user based for commenting, it was working a couple of hours back normally team use to made 100s of comments everyday, suddenly faced this issue.
However, I just checked with team issue is resolved and all the features came to normal.
