Clone an entire project board with the cards (issues)?

I made a project board for a holiday project, it has almost 60 cards (issues) on it.

Is there a way to clone the project for next holiday season with all of the cards (at least names and individuals assigned and reporting)?

Not by default. You will need to look for an addon in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Ex. Deep Clone for Jira or Elements Copy and Sync

If you're looking to clone an entire project board with its issues, Deep Clone for Jira by codefortynine is the perfect solution with its Project Clone feature.

Deep Clone also allows you to clone multiple issues, including their fields, comments, attachments, and more, directly to the same or a new project.

The board has no relation to the issues on the board. The issues on the board are displayed based on the board filter.

ootb you can clone a single issue at a time.

You will need a 3rd party app for this like the ones mention by @Kris Dewachter

You can export all the issues and with with required data and import it back using the csv import.
