Clicking "Create Issue" causes browser to freeze

I login, and the main dashboard appears. I click Create Issue in the upper right part of the screen, and it freezes. This is a new installation - we've been using it for a week. This behavior started today.

It's a bizarre problem - through trial and error, I discovered that if I login and edit an issue, then subsequently create an issue, the problem doesn't occur.

The problem turned out to be specific to a single login. And it happened when logging in from various devices. So it must be some type of server side data issue. In any case, my not so elegant solution was to simply create another login and not use the one with the issue.
