Hey, @Lê Đức Thắng

You can use checklist plugins like Smart Checklist to create checklist templates. The app is also integrated with Script Runner, JMWE and Automation for Jira which means you can set up various automation rules where a checklist will appear based on issue type or content of the issue. You can read more about automatically adding a checklist here

Hope this was helpful,

Hey, @Lê Đức Thắng how are you adding the items?

If you are using the "add a checklist item" field from within the issue then you don't have to use any formatting for adding a status (you can for other things like deadline or tagging someone). Just type in your checklist items.

Looks like something is wrong with my Smart Checklist. I cannot create new items nor save the template.
