I've joined recently a company as a PM and I need to take ownership of all the previous PM tasks.
The issue is that the previous PM was unsubscribed from the system as a user and I can't find neither make actions on tasks owned by her.
I would appreciate your help.

If the user's account is still in the system as a suspended or deactivated user, you should still be able to pull a list of issues where that user is reporter or assignee.
Someone with admin rights on your site should be able to browse the user directory and lookup that user's account ID. After selecting the user's profile in that directory, the account ID is displayed in the page's URL after ...user/xxx (it is the xxx part, a fairly long string of letters and numbers).
With that account ID, you can search:
assignee = xxx and resolution = Unresolved
or
reporter = xxx and resolution = Unresolved
The resolution = Unresolved part only retrieves open issues, as I suppose it is not so important to update completed issues from the past.
If you have a list of issues, you should be able to update the assignee (or reporter) via bulk change or even manually on the issues.
