Change default values of Custom drop down according to the project selected ?

I have created a custom drop down field which has 3 team names, can i make the different default name for each of my 3 team 

example drop down values for my filed TEAM

 TEAM - A

              B           

              C

Team A see that as default value A 

Team B see that as default value B

Team C see that as default value C

Hi @gaurav chaturvedi ,

This can be possible through workflow post function. 

Use the post function called Set field value (JMWE add-on). By using this we can set  a default value for the fields based on the condition.

or It can be possible through behaviour plugin

but i am looking for something in issue screen not in the workflow or board 

Will creating custom fields of each project will be a good idea ?

Yaah you can create a  separate context for each project and set a default value for that context.
